Elevate Capital Group Appoints Anthony Couse as Partner to Accelerate Growth

8 September 2025 – Elevate Capital Group (“Elevate”) today announced the appointment of Anthony Couse as Partner. Anthony will work closely with Founder and Managing Partner Ashish Manchharam to accelerate the firm’s growth, with a focus on scaling investor partnerships, expanding acquisitions, and enhancing asset management strategies.

Anthony brings more than 35 years of international real estate experience to Elevate. He most recently served as CEO for Asia Pacific at JLL from 2016, where he steered company operations across diverse and rapidly evolving markets. Before that, he spent over a decade in Shanghai, overseeing JLL’s business in one of the world’s most competitive property markets. His earlier career included 12 years in Hong Kong, where he held senior positions including Head of Commercial Real Estate for Asia.

Anthony’s appointment reflects Elevate Capital’s mission to be a market leader in curating lifestyle-led real estate investments.
